A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH FEEDBACK FOUNDATION, INC.,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to provide
luncheon meals for its Saturday Meal Program at the West
Anaheim Senior Citizens Center; and
WHEREAS, Feedback Foundation, Inc. agrees to provide
this service for the City of Anaheim under Title III C -1 of
the Older Americans Act of the United States of America; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to enter into an agreement for said services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council of
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of May,
1982.
