A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN
DESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT NO. 330
PERTAINING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, pursuant to the
recommendations of the planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim, adopted a General Plan for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of June, 1992, the City
Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a public
hearing to consider a General Plan Amendment pertaining to the
Land Use Element. The General Plan Amendment does consider
changing the land use designation for an area consisting of
approximately 5.8 acres located on the north side of Sunset Ridge
Road between Serrano Avenue (on the east) and Horizon View Drive
(on the west) from the General Commercial to the Hillside Medium
Density designation; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the City Planning
Commission did duly adopt its Resolution No. PC92-81 containing a
report of its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at
said hearing, and a recommendation that said Amendment to the
General Plan Land designated as Amendment No. 330 be adopted by
the City Council, changing the land use designation for the
aforedescribed area; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said Resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the city Council did fix the 28th day of
July, 1992, as the time, and the City Council Chamber in the
Civic Center as the place for a public hearing on said proposed
Amendment No. 330 and did give notice thereof in the manner and
as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did duly hold and conduct
such public hearing and did give all persons interested therein
an opportunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports
and did consider the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No. 330 changing the land use designation in the
aforedescribed area in accordance with Exhibit "A" on file with
the City should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the city of Anaheim that Amendment No. 330 to the General Plan

pertaining to the Land Use Element changing the land use
designation for the aforedescribed area in accordance with
Exhibit "A" on file with the City be, and same is here~,
approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOL~ION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of July 1992.
