A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 80R-548 ANP CHANGING
THE TITLES OF TWO EXISTINK; JOB
CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated August 26, 1981 that the job claslsification title Code
Enforcement Specialist be changed to Code Enfojrcement Officer, and
that the job classification Zoning Enforcement! Officer be changed to
Senior Code Enforcement Officer, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need ~ists to amend Resolution
No. 80R-548, which established job classifications and compensation
rates in the General City Employees Unit, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
said classification title changes are in the ~est interests of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that Resolution No. 80R-548 is her~by amended by changing
the title of Code Enforcement Specialist to C~de Enforcement Officer,
and by changing the title of Zoning Enforcement Officer to Senior
Code Enforcement Officer effective August 28, 1981.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that, except to the extent amended, Resolution No. 80R-548 shall remain
in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of September, 1981.
