1981-410 - RESOLUTION NO. 8lR- 410 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63R-9l0 AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTI~N NO. 8lR-15l RELATING TO PERSONNEL RULE 6, PREMIUM PAY. WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated August 26, 1981 that certain chang~s be made to Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay, and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exi~ts to amend Resolution No. 63R-9l0 as amended by Resolution 8lR-15l, which established Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the recommended changes to Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay are in the best interests of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R-9l0 as amended by Resolution 8lR-lSl be amended to read as follows: 6.243 Employees in the following job classes who are notified of cancellation of planned over- time after the close of their regularly scheduled work shift immediately prec~ding the planned over~ time, shall receive one-half (1/2) hour pay at the appropriate overtime rate: ~, Apprentice Electric MeteT Technician Apprentice Facility Air ,Conditioner Repairer Apprentice Line Mechanic Apprentice Maintenance Pipefitter Apprentice Pump Repaire~ Apprentice Substation Electrician Area Distribution OperaUor Cable Splicer Customer Service Representative Electrical Helper Electic Meter Supervisor Electric Meter Technici~n Equipment Operator Facility Air Conditioner Repairer Facility and Event Elec~Tician Lead Facility Air Conditioner Repairer Lead Facility and Event Electrician Line Crew Supervisor Line Mechanic Maintenance Pipefitter Maintenance Pipefitter Working Supervisor Meter Reader Pump Repairer Pump Repairer Supervisor -- "............ Bilingual pay eligibility shall continue in accordance with the above provisions during any period of leave with pay. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be August 14, 1981. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution No. 63R-9I0 as amended by Resolution 8IR-lSI shall remain in full force and effect.
