A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEM$NT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CElTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR lOAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800~17)

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposesi and
WHEREAS, the owners of said p~operty have offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of ~he City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best int~rest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said ~eal property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEQ by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of GERALD W. BRACKMAN AND OLGA ANGIE
BRACKMAN to sell to the City of Anaheim !the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for an easement ~or road and pUblic utility
purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public uti,lity purposes over,
under and across the easterly 13.25. feet of Lot 5 of
the Stueckle SUbdivision, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 8, page 43, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Counoil of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of Baid
property; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed
to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the City street
system (Section 1806, Streets and Highways Code).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a warrant
and pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No. l7-792-7l01-E2580,
the sum of Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Dol1ars ($12,800.00).
