A RESOLUTION OF THE CI1Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM INFORMING T$E COUNTY OF ORANGE
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEME*T AGENCY OF CERTAIN
CHANGES IN THE CIRCULAtION ELEMENT OF ARTERIAL
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS O~ THE GENERAL PLAN, AND
REQUESTING THE COUNTY 0F ORANGE TO ADOPT SAID
CHANGES INTO THE COUNTY ARTERIAL HIGHWAY
MASTER PLAN.
WHEREAS, certain changes or amendments have been
made during the year 1980-1981 to the circulation element of
Arterial Streets and Highways on the General Plan, as more
particularly hereinafter set forth: and
WHEREAS, the City's Ma$ter Plan of Arterial Highways
(MPAH) is in conformance with the County's MPAH: and
WHEREAS, the City has adopted a setback ordinance to
protect ultimate arterial highway right of way: and
WHEREAS, the City has adopted provisions for the
limitation of access to the arterial highway system in order to
protect the integrity of the system: and
WHEREAS, in order to p~rticipate in the Arterial
Highway Financing Program of the County of Orange, it is neces-
sary that the Advisory Committee of the Orange County Environ-
mental Management Agency be advi$ed of any changes in the
Circulation Element of Arterial Streets and Highways on the
General Plan, and be requested to adopt said changes into the
County Arterial Highway Master Plan.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the County of Orange be informed,
and it is hereby informed, that the following changes or
amendments have been made in the Circulation Element of
Arterial Streets and Highways on the General Plan of the City
of Anaheim and the County of Orange is hereby requested to
adopt said changes into the County Arterial Highway Master PIan
and make them eligible for inclusion in the Arterial Highway
Financing Program. Said changes or amendments to the Circula-
tion Element of Arterial Streets and Highways on the Master Plan
are as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of the
resolutions adopting said amendme~ts to the General Plan be
forwarded to the County of Orange Environmental Management
Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of
September, 1981.
