A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENtION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City C~uncil of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intentio* to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service eas~ments pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Eas~ments Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highw~ys Code); to wit:
An easement for sewer purposes on p~operty located
at 810 North Euclid Street extendin~ from a point
approximately 171 feet easterly of auclid Street
to a point approximately 559 feet easterly thereof,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be heard at
3 :00 0' clock P.M. or as soon thereafter ale the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
September 22, 1981
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of September,
1981.
