RESOLUTION NO. 81R-432

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Ci~y Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its inte~tion to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and H~ghways COde); to wit:
An easement for public utility purposes, on property
located at Hancock Street exten~ing from a point
approximately 150 feet westerly of Hancock Street to
a point approximately 350 feet westerly thereof,
as said streets, highways or public ~ervice easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Offioe of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard a~ a hearing to be heard at
3:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Bbulevard on:
September 29, 1981
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of September,
1981.
