A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTElNTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the CityCouncil of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service e~sements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service E sements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Hig ways Code)~ to wit:
An easement for public utility putposes located on the
south side of La Palma Avenue, ap~roximately 300 feet
east of Lakeview Avenue, extendin~ southerly from
La Palma Avenue to a point approximately l25 feet south-
erly thereof,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at. a hearing to be heard at
3:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Cou~cil located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boblevard on:
September 29, 1981
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is lapproved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim thlis 8th day of September, 1981.
