1982-311RESOLUTION NO. 82R -311
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CONDITIONS OF APROVAL OF
VARIANCE NO. 2515.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
has heretofore approved Variance No. 2515 by the adoption of
Resolution No. PC73 -121 on June 7, 1973; and
WHEREAS, on April 19, 1982, the City Planning Commission
conducted a public hearing and duly adopted its Resolution No.
PC82 -70 amending certain conditions of approval of said Variance
No. 2515; and
WHEREAS, within the time permitted by law, an interested
party, or the City Council on its own motion, caused the review of
said Planning Commission action by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did duly hold and conduct a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to conditions and did
give all persons an opportunity to be heard and did receive
evidence and reports and did consider the same; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that the
amendments hereinafter specified are necessary to permit
reasonable operation under the variance as granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Conditions No. 7 and 8 of Variance No. 2515
as adopted by Resolution No. PC 73 -121 be, and the same are
hereby, amended to read as follows:
"7. That there shall be no more than 20% of the
building devoted to display areas for retail sales pur-
poses and that the remaining 80% of the building shall
be devoted to warehousing.
8. That the proposed retail furniture warehouse
shall comply with all signing requirements of the ML
(Industrial, Limited) Zone, provided, however, that one
'open to the general public' sign would be permitted."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein,
Variance No. 2515 as adopted by Resolution No. 73 -121 shall remain
in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Zoning Enforcement
Officer shall inspect the premises to insure compliance with the
aforesaid conditions.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th da of June, 1982.
