RESOLUTION NO. 81R-440
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AN AQREEMENT WITH THE
COUNTY OF ORANGE EXTENDING ]HE PROVISION OF
CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES FROM JULY 1, 1981 TO
AND INCLUDING JUNE 30, 1986.
WHEREAS, the City of Anahei~ has contracted with
the County of Orange for certain hea1~h services from
July 1, 1976 to June 30, 1981; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire o~ the City of Anaheim
and the County of Orange to extend thdse health services to
June 30, 1986; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best ~nterests of the City
to enter into an extension agreement, this day submitted,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~D by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement providing for the extension of certain health
services by the County of Orange for the City of Anaheim be,
and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of AnaheUm this 22nd day of
September, 1981.
