RESOLUTION NO. 81R-445

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTE~TION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHW~YS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intenttLon to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service el!lsements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service E~sements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Higrways Code); to wit:
Certain easements for storm drain I!lnd equestrian riding,
biking, and hiking purposes over property located between
Old Bridge Road and Country Hill Road, said property ex-
tending northerly and southerly from Vista Del Sol (a
private street)
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be heard at
3:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
October 13, 1981
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of September
1981.
