A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 1653 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 64R-809 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 1653
on November 4, 1964, by Resolution No. 64R-809; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has r,quested termination of
said variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV,D by the City Council that
Variance 1653 be, and the same is here~y, terminated and that
Resolution No. 64R-809 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is ~pproved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of September, 1981.
