A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1492 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 75R-164
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council ~ranted Conditional Use
Permit No. 1492 by Resolution No. 75~-164: and
WHEREAS, the applicant has irequestedtermination of
said Conditional Use Permit for the ~eason it is no longer
needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Conditional Use Permit No. 1492 be, and the same is
hereby, terminated and that Resolution No. 75R-164 be declared
null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of
September, 1981.
