A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT REGARDING SEWER EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the State of California, by and through its
Director of Transportation, has offered to the City of Anaheim
certain easements for sewer purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim
does hereby agree to the terms and conditions of said easements
and authorizes the Mayor to execute said letter agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of June, 1982.
