A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
w ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81R -500 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
DESIGNATED AS STAFF AND SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director recommended in a staff report dated
June 23, 1982 that various new job classifications be created and that certain
job classifications receive salary adjustments and title changes, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
81R -500 which established rates of compensation for classes designated as
Staff and Supervisory Management, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of these classifications, salary adjustments and title changes are in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the following job classifications be allocated to the Salary Schedule
Master as follows:
Section 1.
That effective July 2, 1982 through October 7, 1982 inclusive, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master.
