A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING THAT THERE WAS NOT A
MAJORITY PROTEST AGAINST STREET LIGHTING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1981 -6, TRACT NO. 2228
AND TRACT NO. 2705.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on May 18, 1982, adopt
Resolution No. 82R -256 setting the 8th day of June, 1982, at
at the hour of 3:00 o'clock P.M. and continued to July 13,
1982, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in the City of
Anaheim as the day, hour, and place when and where any and
all persons having any objections to the proposed improvements
to be made by the City under the Street Lighting Act of 1931,
in Street Lighting Assessment District 1981 -6, might appear
and show cause why the proposed improvements should not be
carried out; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing there was not a majority
protest, either written or oral, made in the proceedings for
the improvements contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does find and declare that there
was not a majority protest, either written or oral, made at said
hearing on July 13, 1982, in the proceedings for certain con-
templated improvements to be made by the City under the Street
Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment District
No. 1981 -6.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of July,
1982.
