A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82R -81
NUNC PRO TUNC PERTAINING TO THE DISABILITY
RETIREMENT DATE OF ALAN HATFIELD, POLICE
OFFICER, MASTER PATROLMAN ADVANCED.
WHEREAS, the City Council on the 16th day of
February, 1982 approved Resolution No. 82R -81 pertaining to
the disability retirement of Alan Hatfield on January 8,
1982; and
WHEREAS, because of clerical error, the date of
retirement for Alan Hatfield, Police Officer, Master Patrol-
man Advanced, was incorrectly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does desire to amend Resolution No. 82R -81, nunc pro tunc, to
correctly state the appropriate retirement date for Alan
Hatfield, Police Officer, Master Patrolman Advanced, to be
February 12, 1982, rather than January 8, 1982.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of July,
1982.
