A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
,,,,.., PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR CERTAIN
PUBLIC PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-29)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
certain real property located within the corporate limits of the
City of Anaheim for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the City
of Anaheim will dedicate a certain portion of said City-owned
real property for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council .finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion of its
City-owned property for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, said real property is located generally at the
southeast corner of Anaheim Boulevard and Broadway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that it does hereby dedicate, as a road and public
utility easement, the following described land situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califdornia, more particu-
larly described as follows, to wit:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lots 1 and 2 in Block
"N" of the Center Tract, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 14, page 13, Miscellaneous Records, in the office
of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersections of Anaheim
Blvd. and Broadway; thence N 74° 25' 31" E along said
centerline of Broadway, 123.72 feet; thence S 15° 34'
29" E, 21.75 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot
2; thence S 74° 25' 31" W along the northerly line of
said Lot 2, 21.53 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave southeasterly and having a radius of
25.00 feet; thence Westerly and Southerly along said
curve through a central angle of 89° 55' 38" an arc dis-
tance of 39.24 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve
._~, concave westerly and having a radius of 749.00 feet;
thence Southerly and Westerly along said curve through
a central angle of 8° 27' 11" an arc distance of 110.50
feet to a point in the southerly line of said Lot l;
thence S 74° 31' 38" W along said southerly line and
its westerly prolongation, 69.11 feet to a point in the
centerline of said Anaheim Boulevard; thence N 15° 30'
07" along said centerline, 156.69 feet to the point of
beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to record a certified copy of
this resolution in the Office of the County Recorder of the County
of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of April, 1981.
