92-134 RESOLUTION NO. 92R- 134
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING
CERTAIN FEES IN CONNECTION WITH THE
BUSINESS LICENSE TAX ORDINANCE AND
SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 91R-198
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
adopted an ordinance providing for the imposition of business
license taxes to raise revenue for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, said ordinance provides for the payment of
business taxes, and, in addition thereto, certain fees in amounts
to be established by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the fees established herein do not exceed the
cost of providing the services performed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has complied with notice
requirements pursuant to the California Government Code in
connection with establishment of said fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby adopt the following fees
for the business license services indicated:
Initial Period
Application Processing Fee $24.00
Renewal Application Fee $24.00
Duplicate License Fee $24.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council that the
City Treasurer shall collect said fees for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council that
Resolution No. 91R-198 and all other resolutions inconsistent
herewith are hereby superseded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of
June , 1992.
