A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ADOPTING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND ANAHEIPI MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES
ASSOCIATION, GENERAL CITY EMPLOYEES UNIT.
WHEREAS, on December 9, 1980, the City Council approved Resolution
No. 80R-543 adopting a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of
Anaheim and the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General City
Employees Unit; and
WHEREAS, the City Management Representative has consulted with
officials of AMEA to establish new classifications and rates of pay, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, a Letter of Understanding dated
April 28, 1981 between the parties, which lists new classifications and
pay rates, has been prepared and signed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adoption of said Letter of Understanding is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated April 28, 1981, between the City of
Anaheim and AMEA is hereby approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 5th day of *1ay 1981.
