A RESOLUTION OF THE: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AENYTNG VARIANCE N0. 3203
WHEREAS, after a request for variance by VASILE KELEMEN
AND DENISE KELEMEN, owners, was received, a public hearing before
the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim was herd upon .due
anal proper notice, a result of which Variance No. 3203 was denied
covering the following described property:
Lot 90 of Tract No. 23$1, in the City of Anaheim, County
of. Orange, State of California, as shown on a map recorded
in book 69, pages 15, 16 and 17 of Miscellaneous Maps in
the office of the county recorder of said county; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law
an interested party or the City Council, on its.-own motion,,
cau ed the review of said Planning Commission action at a public
hearings noticed and held as Arescribed by law and, as a result
thereof, the City Council does hereby make the following findings:
1. That there are no special circumstances applicable
to the property which do not apply to other property in the
same vicinity and zone.
2. That strict application of .the zaning code does not
deprive the property of privi eges enjoyed by other property
in the samevicin y and zone.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said Variance be, and the same is hereby,
denied,
THE FOREGOTNG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by me
this 5th day of May, 1981.
