A RESOLUTION DF THE .CITY .COUNCIL. OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
~.. EXECUTION OF A STANDARD AGREEMENT NO.
$0 HLR-08 , AMETIDMENT NO „ l , AND OTHER
DOCUMENTS TO SECURE A DEFERRED PAYMENT LOAN
FROM THE STATE OF .CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 50660 _ 50670 of the
California. Health and Safety Code, the California Department
of Housing and Communi y:Development (hereinafter referred
to as the State) is authorized to provide funds for the
rehabilitation of housing in designated areas; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim (hereinafter referred
to as the Local Entity), a local public agency organized
under the statutes of the State of California, is enabled
and eligible to receive said Loans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Local
Entity be hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with
the State to borrow a total amount not to exceed $50,000.00
for purposes of lending deferred payment loans for housing
rehabilitation; an d
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Local Entity be
hereby authorized to give appropriate instruments to the
State as evidence said debt pursuant to Contract No. SO
HLR-08 Amendment No. 1 and that .the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute in .the name of the Local Entity
said Standard Agreement, and other documents required to
consumate this transaction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Executive Direrto~: of
the .Community .Development Department of .the City of Anaheim
is hereby authorized to execute-all documents required to
make and record each individual loan under this program to
program participants.
