A RESOLUTION OF THE 'CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN APPLICATION TO THE
COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR REVENUE SHARING FUNDS TO
CONTINUE SERVICES OF THE SENIOR CITIZENS' DAY
CARE CENTER AND AGREEING TO CONTRIBUTE MATCH-
ING FUNDS AND SERVICES THEREFOR.
CaHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to continue the
services of the Senior Citizens' Day Care Center on a five (5)
days per week basis; and
WHEREAS, revenue sharing funds are available through
the County of Orange to partly fund operation of the Senior
Citizens' Day Care Center; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to make applica-
tion for a grant in the amount of $15,640.00; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of such grant, the City of
Anaheim wil]_ be required to contribute matching funds consisting
of $7,820.00 plus a contribution of services in the amount of
$9,560.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the filing of an
application with the County of Orange for revenue sharing funds
as hereinabove set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager of the
City of Anaheim, or his designated representative, be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to execute and file said appli-
cation and all documents relating thereto.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of May, 1981.
