A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE ABANDONMENT OF AN
UNUSED VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN ACCESS :EASE-
~°" MENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, by deed recorded at Book
13102, Page 1362, Records of Orange County, California, acquired
an easement for vehicular and pedestrian access across certain
real property; and
WHEREAS, said easement is no longer required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the abandonment of said
vehicular and pedestrian access easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a quit-
claim deed to said easement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of ?may, 1981.
