1981-220RESOLUTION NO. 81R-220 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT DEED IN FAVOR OF ELBERT F. CHRISTFNSEN AND -~°,- MARIE CHRIS'I'ENSEN. {200 South Fairmont Boulevard) WHEREAS, the City of .Anaheim acquired right of way from the Christensen parcel, which is located immediately south of the Fairmont Substation now under construction, when Fairmont Boulevard was built; and WHEREAS, vehicular access to Fairmont Boulevard from the parcel was provided across a fill slope built as a part of the highway; and WHEREAS, formal vehicular access rights to replace those the parcel had prior to the highway construction have never been granted; and WHEREAS, joint use access will have no adverse effect on the present or future use of the substation property; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to execute an easemenT deed granting vehicular access rights with all reasonable rights of ingress and egress to Elbert F. Christensen and Marie Christensen. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ISJy the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute an easement deed in favor of Elbert F. Christensen and Marie Christensen granting an easement for vehicular access rights together with all reasonable rights of ingress and egress along and across that portion of Parcel Two, as shown on a map file in Book 149, pages 12 and 13, Parcel Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly terminus of that certain boundary having a bearing and a distance of N 7° 53' 22" W, 230.00 feet being a portion of the easterly boundary of said Parcel Two, as shown on said parcel map; thence S 71° 49' 08" W, 2.63 feet to an intersection with the easterly right of Fairmont Boulevard; thence N 37° 06' 56" W, 240.97 feet along a portion of the easterly right _...~ of way line of said Fairmont Boulevard; thence N 53° 28' 38", 117.75 feet; thence S 32° 52' 42" E, 40.00 feet; thence S 71° 49' 08" E, 230.00 feet to the point of beginning. -1- THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this ~.~.2th day of May, 1981.'
