A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-10)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public util-
ity purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of FRANCES IRENE BESHEARS and FRED
JOSEPH ORGERON to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public
utility purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement f_or road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of_ Vineyard Lot G-4 of
Anaheim, as shown on a .map recorded in Book 4, page
b30 of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot 33 of
Tract No. 212, Griggs Court, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 13, page 1, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said
Orange County; thence S 74° 25' 00" W along the south-
erly line of said Lot 33, 13.25 feet; thence S 15° 30'
00" E, 89.96 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave northwesterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet;
thence Southerly and Westerly along said curve through
a central angle of 89° 55' 00" an arc distance of 23.54
feet; thence N 74° 25' 00" E, 28.23 _feet; thence N 15°
30' 00" W, 104.94 feet to the point of beginning,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of .Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property; provided, however, that nothing herein shal]. be construed
to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the City street
system (Section 1806, Streets and Highways Code).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to .issue a warrant
and pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No. 17-792-7101-E2580
the sum of Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($11,700.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of May, 1981.
