92-130 RESOLUTION NO. 92R-130 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING AN ADVANCE RESERVATION FEE AND THE GREEN FEES AND CART RENTAL FEES TO BE CHARGED AT THE H.G. "DAD" MILLER ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE AND THE ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF COURSE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find and determine that an advance reservation fee should be established and that the schedule of rates for golf and golf cart rental at H.G. "Dad" Miller Anaheim Municipal Golf Course and the Anaheim Hills Golf Course should be amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the schedule of rates for green fees and use of golf carts at H.G. "Dad" Miller Anaheim Municipal Golf Course and the Anaheim Hills Golf Course be, and the same are hereby, revised effective July 1, 1992, as follows: I. GREEN FEES AND CART RENTAL FEES WEEKDAY WEEKEND, HOLIDAY CART FEES $11.00/9-holes $12.00/9-holes $13.00/9-holes $16.00/18-holes $20.00/18-holes $20.00/18-holes II. SPECIAL REDUCED RATES A. SENIOR CITIZENS (sixty-two ([62] and over), by identification, weekdays only on a time-available basis. Seniors' rate will be one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) less than the 9-hole rate. Full-fee guests receive starting time priority. B. Local high school and college: appropriate fees, times, number, rules and regulations continue to be set by letter of agreement between the Golf Manager and individual schools or by contract with school districts, as availability allows. III. TOURNAMENT SURCHARGE A. Advance-booked tournament groups (20 or more players) shall be charged a two dollar ($2.00) surcharge per person added to the appropriate green fees. B. Leagues (9-hole play after 4:00 p.m.) will be charged a one dollar ($1.00) surcharge per person added to the appropriate green fees. IV. ADVANCE RESERVATION FEE An annual fee of ten dollars ($10.00) will be charged to each subscriber to the advance reservation system (effective January 1, 1993). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 91R-196 will remain in full force and effect until July 1, 1992, at which time Resolution No. 91R-196 and any other resolution in conflict herewith will be superseded by this Resolution and will be of no further force and effect.
