A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR FLAG OR
BANNER PERMIT APPLICATIONS PURSUANT TO
SECTION 18.05.085 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Section 18.05.085 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
esta'r~lishing a procedure for the issuance of permits for the dis-
play of flags and banners in connection with advertising for the
sale of new residential developments; and
WHEREAS, Subsection .070 of Section 18.05.085 authorizes
the City Council to establish a fee for applications for any per-
mit pursuant to said Section; and
WHEREAS, the City Council by this resolution desires to
establish the application fee authorized by the aforesaid Section.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all applications for temporary flag and
banner permits pursuant to Section 18.05.085 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount of One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to cover the cost of administration of
said application and enforcement of said regulations.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of May, 1981.
