A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON A CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seq., Government
Code) in connection with vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to va-
cate, abandon, and close to public use the following described
public service easement, to wit:
That certain public utility easement, 10 feet
in width, extending along the easterly boundary
of Lot 97 of Tract No. 1202 said lot being
located easterly of 2240 Valdina Avenue.
as said easement is shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these proceedings are
undertaken subject to the following reservations and exceptions
in favor of the following parties or persons:
Reserving unto the City of Anaheim a public utility
overhang easement over the westerly 2,5 feet of
said easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a
public hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the
City Hall, 200 S. Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California, on:
June 23,1981
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution, and shall cause the same to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of June, 1981.
