A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DESIGNATING A REVISED FEE SCHEDULE
FOR INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
adopted Chapter 14.58 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to traffic signal fees; and
WHEREAS, Section 14.58.030 requires the City Council
to adopt a resolution to designate the amount of fees necessary
to be collected for the installation of traffic signals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby adopt the following
revised fee schedule for installation of traffic signals:
Residential Dwelling Unit
Lodging
Retail Sales and Services to 50,000 GSF
Retail Sales and Services above 50,000 GSF
Geneeral Office and Institutional
Medical Facilities
Industrial Buildings
$ 47.00 per unit
$ 47.00/Room
$233.00/1000 GSF
$169.00/1000 GSF
$104.00/1000 GSF
$169.00/1000 GSF
$ 39.00/1000 GSF
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Building Division shall collect said fees for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of
June, 1981.
