A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
~- CLERK TO EXECUTE A PIPELINE LICENSE AGREEMENT
WITH THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY
COMPANY AT KELLOGG DRIVE. (B0-70123-22)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has requested permission
from the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company to construct
and maintain one (1) fifty-four (54) inch storm drain across the
Santa Fe`s Railroad at Kellogg Drive; and
WHEREAS, The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company has submitted to the City of Anaheim its "PIPELINE
LICENSE", designated BO-70123-22, which is acceptable to the City
Council of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the compensation sought for said License is in
the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00)°
NOW, THEREFORE, BE LT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Pipeline
License Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim for a fifty-
four (54) inch storm drain across the Santa Fe's Railroad at
Kellogg Drive submitted by The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe
Railway Company.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is appxoved and. adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this ?~~th day of Jung, 1981.
