A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
-~- OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING AN AGREEMENT WITH
POLARIS E-Z-GO AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A TERMINATION AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, on September 11, 1979 the City Council
approved an Agreement with Polaris E-Z-Go to maintain certain
golf carts at Anaheim Hills Golf Course; and
WHEREAS-, the term of said Agreement was from
October 15, 1979 through October 14, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the City Golf Course Operations have deter-
mined that it would be more economical to sell the City-owned
golf carts and lease new or rebuilt ones; and
WHEREAS, the City has negotiated a mutual Termination
Agreement with Polaris E-Z-Go, the terms of which are
satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the certain
Termination Agreement made and entered into as of this date
between the City and Polaris E-Z-Go, a division of Textron, a
Georgia corporation, be approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said Termination Agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
