A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
AGREEMENT NO. 64552 DATED MARCH 17,1981 WITH
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA IN CONNECTION WITH THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-MODAL TRANSPORTATION
TERMINAL IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AMENDMENT..
WHEREAS, the State of California and the City of
Anaheim have heretofore entered into Agreement No. 64552
dated March 17, 1981, wherein the State agreed to contribute
State SB 620 monies to the City of Anaheim for use in con-
structing a multi-modal transportation terminal located
adjacent to the Santa Fe Railroad tracks at Anaheim Stadium;
and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said Agreement
to provide for additional monies to be contributed by the
State for said project; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to said Agreement has been
prepared providing for additional State funds for said
construction; and
WHEREAS, the terms of said Amendment are acceptable
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Amendment are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Amendment
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
