A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
..~.... CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2245 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 71R-172 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2245 on
May 4, 1971, by Resolution No. 71R-172; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2245 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 71R-172 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of .Tune, 1931.
