.~, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR CERTAIN
PUBLIC PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore
acquired certain real property located within the corporate
limits of the City of Anaheim for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the
City of Anaheim will dedicate a certain portion of said
City-owned real property for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion
of its City-owned property for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby dedicate to public
use for road and public utility purposes the following
described parcels of land situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, more particularly
described as follows, to wit:
Parcel l:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the following described parcel of
land
The westerly 51.50 feet as measured to the centerline
of Anaheim Blvd. of that portion of Lot One of Geerdes
Subdivision, as shown on a map recorded in Book 8,
page 77, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
Calif.
For the purpose of this description, the westerly line
of said Lot One is assumed to be the centerline of said
Anaheim Blvd.
Parcel 2:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Vineyard Lot G-3, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of
Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:

The westerly 51.50 feet (as measured to the center-
line of Anaheim Boulevard) of the southerly 210.90
feet of said Vineyard Lot G-3, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds,
records of Los Angeles County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the west line
of said Vineyard Lot G-3 is assumed to be the
centerline of said Anaheim Boulevard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to record a certified
copy of this resolution in the Office of the County Recorder
of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of
June, 1981.
