A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM EXERCISING OPTION TO PURCHASE A
DY-NAMIC HYDRA SEWER CLEANER FROM THE CITY OF
~~ FOUNTAIN VALLEY PURSUANT TO AGREEMENT MADE ON
THE. 6TH DAY OF JULY 1976 AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO SAID
OPTION AGREEMENT .
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July 1976, the City of Anaheim
and the City of Fountain Valley did enter into an Agreement`for
the lease of a certain Dy-Namic Hydra .Sewer Cleaner; and
WHEREAS, said lease did contain an option to purchase
said equipment; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to exer-
cise the option to purchase said leased equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim
does hereby exercise the option granted pursuant to that certain
lease Agreement, dated 6 July 1976, between the-City of Anaheim
and the City of Fountain Valley to puirchase a Dy-Namic Hydra .Sewer
Cleaner as delineated in the Agreement made-and entered into that
day between the parties for the amount of $500.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Finance Director is
authorized to make payment to the City of Fountain Valley in the
amount of $50O.Q0.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED .that the Mayor and the city Clerk
are authorized to exercise the option agreement between the City
of Anaheim and the City of Fountain Valley, dated 6 July 1976.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of June, 1931.
