A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
~~~ OF ANAHEIM DECLARING THAT THERE WAS NOT A
MAJORITY PROTEST AGAINST STREET LIGHTING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1981-1, TRACT NO. 1516 AND
TRACT NO. 1653.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on June 2, 1981, adopt
Resolution No. 81R- 254 setting the 23rd day of June, 1981, at
the hour of 3:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers of the
Civic Center in the City of Anaheim as the day, hour, and place
when and where any and all persons having any objections to the
proposed improvements to be made by the City under the Street
Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment District
1981-1, might appear and show cause why the proposed improvements
should not be carried out; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing there was not a majority
protest, either written or oral, made in the proceedings for the
improvements contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does :find and declare that there
was not a majority protest, either written or oral, made at said
hearing on June 23, 1981, in the proceedings for certain
contemplated improvements to be made by the City under the Street
Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessmeant District
1981-1.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day~f June, 1931.
