A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 80R-498,
NUNC PRO TUNC, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COM-
PENSATION FOR CLASSES REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM
POLICE ASSOCIATION, BY CORRECTING"' THE PREFIXES TO
THE SALARY SCHEDULES FOR CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of November, 1980, the City Council of the City
of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 80R-498, and
WHEREAS, through inadvertance and error, the salary schedule prefixes
for all classifications of Police Sergeant and for the classification of
Polygraph Examiner were incorrectly stated, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim to correct Resolution No. 80R-498, nunc pro tunc, to reflect
the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the following classifications listed in Resolution No. 80R-498 be amended,
nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:

That effective October 10, 1980 through October 8, 1981 inclusive, the
basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim
who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the classifi-
cations listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedules in
the salary schedule master:

be November 4, 1980.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 30th day of June 1981.
