A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF
"°` VARIANCE NO. 2948 AS APPROVED BY RESOLUTION
NO. 77R-603.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore approved Variance No. 2948 by the adoption of Resolution
No. 77R-603 on September o, 1977; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 6 of said Variance No. 2948 pro-
vides that there shall be no vehicular access to Imperial Highway
from t'ne subject property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend said condi-
tions of approval at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Condition No. 6 of .Variance No. 2948 as
adopted by Resolution No. 77R-603 be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows :_
"6. That there shall be no vehicular access to
Imperial .Highway from the subject property except that
a temporary access shall be ..permitted to applicant's
property from Imperial Highway at a point as approved
by the City of Anaheim provided that (1) said access
shall be for a period of six (6) months only and (2)
that the applicant shall improve the exit radius from
the. existing mid-block driveway on Santa Ana Canyon
Road which is subject to damage by trucks., the appli-
cant to pay one-third of the cost of such improvements
and the City of Anaheim to pay two-thirds of the cost
thereof."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein,
Variance No. 2948 as adopted by Resolution No. 77R-603 shall remain
in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of .Anaheim th3_s 30th day of June, 1981.
