A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 81R-83 WHICH ES-
TABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES REPRE-
SENTED BY THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRI-
CAL WORKERS, LOCAL UNION N0. 47, UTILITY EMPLOYEES
UNIT.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated June 24, 1981, that various new job classifications be
created, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 81R-83 which established rates of compensation for classes repre-
sented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local
Union No. 47, Utility Employees Unit; and
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following job classification be created and allocated
to the Salary Schedule Master as follows:

That effective July 3, 1981 through October 8, 1981 inclusive
the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City
of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any
of the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following
salary schedules in the Salary Schedule Master.

That effective October 9, 1981 through October 7, 1982 inclusive,
the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of

schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 81R-83 shall remain in full force and effect.
