A RESOLUTION OE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 80R-550
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSES DESIGNATED AS STAFF AND SUPERVISORY
MANAGEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director recommended in a staff report
dated June 24, 1981 that various new job classifications be created and
that certain job classifications receive salary adjustments and title
changes, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 80R-550 which established rates of compensation for classes desig-
nated as Staff and Supervisory Management, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of these classes, salary adjustments and title changes are in
the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE fiT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following job classifications be allocated to the Salary
Schedule Master as follows.:.
That effective July 3, 1981 the basic compensation plan for all officers
and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the
future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be allocated
to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.
