A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FO~t AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
.~. UTILITY PURPOSES. (.R/W #2800-31)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have off eyed to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Counci]_ of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of S. ROBERT ADAMS, TONI GAGE ADAMS,
CRAIG MC DONALD ADAMS AND URSULA ADAMS to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for
an easement for road and public utility purposes, and more particu-
larly described as follows:
An easement .for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the easterly 5.00 feet of the west-
erly 10.25 feet of Lots 5 and 6 of the Konig Subdivi-
sion, as shown on a map recorded in Book 6, Wage 20
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed
to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the City street
system (Section 1806, Streets and Highways Code).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a warrant
and pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No. 13-792-7101-E2580
the sum of Five Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($5,100.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of July, 1981
