A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to th e
-Public Streets, Highways .and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 o.f the-Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
An easement for public utility purposes, five feet
in width, located on property fronting on the west
side of Westchester Drive, said property being
located approximately 243 feet south of the south
line of Lincoln Avenue,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be heard at
3:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
August 18, 1981
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of July, 1981.
