A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ATJAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTIOTd TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS ATJD SERVICE
EASEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to t"tie
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
Those certain easements for electrical purposes, 10
feet in width and 13 feet by 20 feet respectively,
located adjacent to and south of Wilken Way south of
the terminus of Madrid Street
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be heard at
3:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
August 25, 1981
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of August, 1981.
