A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
Those certain easements for grading and slope purposes
located on the north side of Fairmont Boulevard extend-
ing from Old Bridge Road to a point approximately 275
feet westerly thereof and from a point 160 easterly of
Old Bridge Road to a point 1200 feet easterly thereof,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be heard at
3;00 o'clock P.M. or as soon th ereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
August 25, 1981
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of_ the City of Anaheim this 4th day of August, 1981.
