92-245 RESOLUTION NO. 92R - 245
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING TRACT
NO. 14701 AND MAKING CERTAIN
FINDINGS PERTAINING THERETO.
WHEREAS, certain property was previously subdivided by
the recordation of Parcel Map No. 89-259; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property desire to revert
the property to acreage and have filed an application for
approval of Tract No. 14701 to accomplish said reversion; and
WHEREAS, certain public easements and rights-of-way
were granted to the city of Anaheim as conditions of approval of
Parcel Map No. 89-259; and
WHEREAS, the public easements and rights-of-way granted
to the City of Anaheim, with the exception of those dedications
for Winston Road and State College Boulevard are hereby found to
be not needed for present or prospective public purposes; and
WHEREAS, all owner of an interest in the real property
within the subdivision have consented to the reversion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby approve Tract No. 14701.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of December,
1992.
