A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING THAT THERE WAS NOT A
MAJORITY PROTEST AGAINST STREET LIGHTING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1950-6, TP,ACT N0. 2302.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on July 21, 1981, adopt
Resolution No. 81R-337 setting the 11th day of August, 1981, at
the hour of 3:00 o`clock p.m. in the Council Chambers of the
Civic Center in the City of Anaheim as the day, hour and place
when and where any and all persons having any objections to the
proposed improvements to be made by the City under the Street
Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment District
1980-6, might appear and show cause why the proposed improvements
should not be carried out; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing there was not a majority
protest, either written or oral, made in the proceedings for the
improvements contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does find and declare that there was
not a majority protest, either written or oral, made at said
hearing on August 11, 1981, in the proceedings for certain con-
templated improvements to be made by the City under the Street
Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment District
1980-6.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this_11~ day of August, 1981.
