°°~'~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE
COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR THE USE OF SCAG REAL-
LOCATED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the County of
Orange have jointly submitted to the Southern California
Association of Governments (hereinafter SCAG), a joint
application ,for funding of SLAG Reallocated Community
Development Block Grant dated May 19, 1981; and
WHEREAS, said joint application was approved
by SCAG'S Executive Committee for funding on April 15, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the need exists f_or a cooperative agree-
ment between City and County to implement the program described
in the City and County Joint application; and
WHEREAS, a Cooperation Agreement between the City
and County has been prepared, the terms and conditions of which
are satisfactory to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that Cooperation
Agreement for the use of SLAG Reallocated Community Development
Block Grant Funds by and between the City of Anaheim and the
County of Orange be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said Cooperation Agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of
August, 1981.
