A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.
80R-547 AND RESOLUTION N0. 80R-550
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has determined that
the job classifications of Relocation Specialist and Eligibility Supervisor
which are now in the employee group designated as Unrepresented Employees,
should be in the employee group designated as Staff and Supervisory Employees;
and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 80R-547 by deleting said job classifications therefrom, and to amend
Resolution No. 80R-550 by adding Relocation Specialist and Eligibility
Supervisor thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that moving said job classifications from the Unrepresented Employees
Group to the Staff and Supervisory Employees Group is in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that Resolution No. 80R-547 is hereby amended by deleting there-
from the job classifications of Relocation Specialist and Eligibility
Supervisor and Resolution No. 80R-550 is hereby amended by adding said job
classifications thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 80R-547 and Resolution 80R-550 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of Au,_,ust,~81.
